Our highly rated breakfast has something for everyone! Whether its a taste of Ulster with our traditional hot fry or a variety of continental to prep you for a day of exploring - We have it all!
Need some good food? Breakfast can be added to your reservation on arrival for £15 per person, per day.
Late minute breakfast plans? Walk-in to the restaurant and grab all you can eat for £19 per person on the day of.

As part of our Green Initiative at the hotel, reservations for two nights will not receive housekeeping service.
Reservations for three or more nights will be serviced by housekeeping every second day.
We have a trolley at reception with additional tea and coffee items, toilet paper and some extra amenities that you are free to help yourself to. If you need anything additional, please let our reception team know.
If your room is being serviced, please ensure all towels you wish to be replaced are on the floor.
Towels for self-tanning are available on request.

The heating in your room can be controlled using the radiator dial. These are located at the side of your radiator.
Ensure your radiator is turned on if you’re feeling chilly, or off if you’re feeling the heat.
Fans, sheets, jugs of ice water and ice lollies are available upon request (subject to availability).
Extractor fans in bathrooms are ran on timers, contact reception for more info.

Let us help give your clothes some TLC while you continue to explore all Belfast has to offer!
While we don’t have an on-site laundry service, our reception team are happy to organise for your laundry to be collected and returned by Mint Dry Cleaners.
Request a laundry bag from reception, fill out the laundry slip and drop your laundry down to our team before 8:30am. Laundry is returned after 6pm on the same day.
Please note that laundry services are not available on Sunday.

We do not have our own car park and cannot arrange parking for your vehicle at our property.
Public council-run car parking is available and pricing can be found here.
An alternative option is St Anne's Car Park, located behind the hotel. Information and pricing can be found here.

First aid is available at reception. There is always a trained first aider on site.
We conduct a fire alarm test every Monday at 12pm.
Before the alarm is sounded, an announcement will be made to inform all guests and staff that a test is being carried out. Another announcement will be made after the test to inform all guests and staff that the test is complete.
Please respond to all alarms and follow emergency exit signs if the alarm is sounded without announcement.
Our fire evacuation meeting point is located opposite the front doors of the hotel Common Market.
